- Toys For Tots
- During the 2009 holiday season Blaze Salon collected over 100 toys for our first ever Toys for Tots drive to benefit the community. The Toys for Tots program collects new, unwrapped toys during the months of October, November and December each year, and distributes those toys as Christmas gifts to needy children in the community. - In 2009 Blaze Salon raised over $1800 for BreastCancer.Org. BreastCancer.Org is a non profit organization dedicated to providing the most reliable, complete, and up to date information about breast cancer. To learn more go to www.breastcancer.org.
- Cut-A-Thon for Aiden Nichols
- Last year Blaze held a cut-a-thon to benefit Aiden Nichols, son of Jay one of our stylists here. Aiden was diagnosed with Medulla Blastoma, a malignant childhood brain tumor. Aiden has gone through many treatments but still has a long road ahead of him. We continue to pray for the Nichols family. more...
